From Monday to Thursday the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) was working out of the Ukiah Airport, conducting an operation in conjunction with a branch of the federal Department of Homeland Security, to train a variety of law enforcement officers in how to spot cannabis grows from the air.
