MENDOCINO Co. 2/1/2017 — Slide removal continues in the northern part of the county. One of four lanes of the 101, from 271 to 1.5 miles south of the Humboldt county line, is still closed. Work is expected to be finished at the end of March.
There is a flagging operation on Rt 1, half a mile south of the South Fork Eel River Bridge, also due to slide removal. That project is expected to be finished at the end of March.
